He works at "Yuhwa"—a specialized keepsake cleaning agency dedicated to uncovering the final, unspoken feelings of the departed and delivering them to families who never knew the truth.

One day, Ha-seong crosses paths with a young woman named So-hee, pulling her back from the brink of taking her own life. Changed by their encounter, So-hee decides to join Yuhwa.

Together, the two navigate the tragic, beautiful, and deeply hidden lives of the deceased. But as they bring peace to others, the shadows of their own lives begin to surface.
