  It’s a tradition in their tribe to not interfere with how things work like how nature goes. In the novel, it was set for Tia to struggle her first life so she could fulfill what Shan saw in her visions while she’s in her tribe and when she finally live her life with Callaghan. It was meant for her to struggle for her to have the will & reason to strive hard and do better to improve the Lombardi family.

  Coz Grandma had finally been shown a vision why Shan has to leave the tribe along with the plant (key to her Dad’s plague illness). It only grew and originated in their tribe. Grandma wanted to see her granddaughter. Shan is the daughter of a Chieftain. Grandma is the Chieftain of the Tribe. Technically, Shan is the Princess of the Tribe. Tia is the only fruit of her only daughter (Shan). The reason why Shan sacrificed her life, chose to leave the tribe and travel far despite her poor health since she was born. She wanted to see the Future that Shan saw and chose, which was Tia being successful and Matriarch of Lombardi.

Hmm seems like they have some mysterious powers did they also send her back in past in previous lifetime there is always someone who sends them in past right maybe in tia’s case it was mother side of family

  Yes, the Maternal side of Tia is the root cause of her regressing the past and changing it. They did not send her. That’s just the power Tia acquired since birth, cause of Shan’s blood. The power is not full-proof tho. All of them in the tribe has some abnormalities as sacrifice to the powers they gained by birth. Even Shan was not able to escape. Shan can see the Future, the cons was her very poor health. The tribe marry & mate with their own blood. Thus, the abnormalities. Tia is the only exception since Callaghan Lombardi is not part of the tribe. It mellowed the lifetime abnormality the power carries. The cons or abnormality Tia got for using her ability (going back and changing the past) was for her to suffer and die to fully fulfill the negative leash while carrying the power.
